After graduating from The University of Birmingham with a BA (Hons) International Relations and Economics, I then went on to study for a Diploma at the prestigious Leiths School of Food and Wine. My clients have included Hollywood A-listers, major fashion labels, Premier League footballers and royalty. I have also have experience as an assistant home economist, in recipe development and food consultancy, alongside other freelance chef work.
